This breathing-focused yoga style merges movements with flow, enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance.
Yin yoga’s slow movements and deliberately paced poses relieve tension and inspire relaxation and mental clarity.
Merging high-energy movements, focused flow, and breath control, power yoga offers everything you need to tone and calm your body.
Mixing yoga, Pilates, and strength training, Yoga Fusion provides relaxation and a full-body workout. You’ll get fit and calm simultaneously.
During Mat Pilates, you’ll practice controlled movements to tone and strengthen your body and improve flexibility.
The kickboxing cardio class features hitting striking bags of all sizes and difficulties. No prior experience is necessary.
Comprising weight-lifting and functional movements, this class builds strength and stamina for practitioners of all skill levels.
The dynamic functional H.I.I.T. features bursts of cardio activity and power moves, putting your skill to the test and enhancing it.
With Latin music and grooves, Zumba is a high-energy and high-fun workout/dance fusion that burns calories and builds strength.
The Jump Rope Club features dynamic moves, combos, and rhythm intervals, all set to the beat of high-energy music.
Hit the court with friends and family with a fun-filled pickleball game! All equipment is provided. All you need to bring is yourself and a worthy competitor.
Push your limits in a high-energy indoor cycling class that builds endurance, strength, and grit through music-driven intervals and climbs.
Build strength, endurance, and confidence in a dance-meets-fitness class that blends Tiffany’s choreography with full-body conditioning - keeping you energized, empowered, and moving with purpose.

East Bank Athletic Powerlifting Showdown: Saturday, February 28th from 9 AM-12 PM.
Compete in the bench press, deadlift, and back squat competition in the gym’s 5th floor weight room using a bodyweight-adjusted scoring system for fair competition across all lifters. DJ, prizes, and drinks and samples from Ghost. Sign up here.
