Blake’s love of fitness started when he was a kid. Growing up, he played hockey, which served as his introduction to fitness and a jumping-off point for building discipline and skills. He is a nationally competitive powerlifter and a certified USA Powerlifting referee (USAPL) for athletes of all levels. Blake's training specialties include the following:

As a former Division I swimmer with a background in exercise physiology, Kaitie is passionate about helping others build confidence in and out of the water. Drew Hodges

Drew Hodges brings more than 25 years of experience in competitive swimming, swim instruction, and aquatics leadership. A former YMCA and USA Swimming coach, Drew has coached athletes from beginner swimmers to state championship competitors. He specializes in stroke development, endurance training, triathlon preparation, and helping swimmers of all ages build confidence and efficiency in the water.
