Important Notes About Our Memberships & Services
The following is a list of important information regarding memberships and facility usage:

Cancel your membership anytime with 30-days’ notice & zero balance by emailing. Please be sure to retain your confirmation email, which will be sent within 3 business days. Your final payment will be prorated.

Membership changes and membership freezes (1-3 months annually). There is a one-time $15 processing fee.

Adding / removing recurring monthly services (VIP Lockers, Towels, Tanning, Personal Training).

- Members must be 18 years old to join. However, 16- and 17-year-olds can enroll in-person with a parent or legal guardian co-signing.
- We offer discounts to students, military, and first responders. Please bring a valid photo ID to verify your eligibility.
- We accept the following insurance programs: Renew Active/OnePass Select/Aaptiv, Silver Sneakers, and Active & Fit.
- Day passes are available for $15. Members may bring a guest for $10. All guests must be 18+ and present a valid photo ID. Please note that non-members do not have access to the basketball court.
