Francesca started her fitness career in dance, training in ballet, jazz, and modern. Eventually, she transitioned to strength training and lifting. As an explorer of different fitness approaches and techniques, she loves connecting with clients on their unique experiences and relationships with exercise. During sessions, she always cultivates an environment of fun and encouragement. Francesca's training specialties include the following:

Abbi Sitte
Abbi has been a fitness fanatic since childhood, with her experience beginning with school sports and after-school gym training. She shares her lifelong passion and love of fitness and well-being with others, providing discipline, motivation, and confidence in them. Every day, she helps others become the best versions of themselves. Abbi's training specialties include the following:

Blake Johnson
Blake’s love of fitness started when he was a kid. Growing up, he played hockey, which served as his introduction to fitness and a jumping-off point for building discipline and skills. He is a nationally competitive powerlifter and a certified USA Powerlifting referee (USAPL) for athletes of all levels. Blake's training specialties include the following:
- Strength-Based Training for Muscle Gain or Weight Loss
- Athletic and Explosive Training
- Competition Training
Semaje Parker
Semaje has played sports since childhood, so his love of exercise has been long-lasting. His approach to personal training has been influenced and formed by many techniques, including boxing, deep breathing, deep stretching, and plyometrics. This approach allows him to develop holistic programs to improve strength, health, and well-being. Semaje's training specialties include the following:

- Calesthenics, Core Strength, Mobility
- Improving Body Awareness and Overall Fitness
Taylor Ward
Since childhood, Taylor has been an athlete, naturally gravitating towards various sports and physical activities. During college, she found confidence and enjoyment in going to the gym and focusing on individual activities and health practices. Her favorites include powerlifting, boxing, and running. Taylor's training specialties include the following:
